Purpose:
To strengthen women’s faith, foster intimate relationships with God, and encourage spiritual growth and mentorship.
Description:
Led by Pastor Christine Nickson, the Women’s Ministry provides a safe space for women to connect, pray, and grow together. Programs include prayer breakfasts, Bible studies, retreats, and mentorship opportunities. The ministry emphasizes holistic well-being—spiritual, emotional, and relational—and equips women to fulfill their God-given callings.
Men’s Ministry (“Iron Sharpen Iron”)
Purpose:
To motivate, empower, and challenge men to be godly leaders in their homes, church, and community.
Description:
The Men’s Ministry, led by Senior Pastor Michae Morgan, focuses on fellowship, discipleship, and outreach. Through regular gatherings, Bible studies, and service projects, men are equipped to be fathers, husbands, servants, and leaders of integrity and faith. The ministry provides tools for spiritual growth and accountability, fostering a brotherhood that supports one another in life’s challenges.
Community Outreach & Services
Purpose:
To demonstrate Christ’s love by meeting practical needs and building bridges of hope in our neighborhood.
Description:
Our Outreach Ministry, coordinated by Pastor Michael Morgan, is at the forefront of serving the South Side community. We believe that outreach is not just a program, but a lifestyle fulfilling Jesus’ command to love our neighbors as ourselves.
Missions & Global Outreach
Purpose:
To extend the gospel and compassion of Christ beyond our local context—partnering with global missions and supporting international outreach.
Description:
Greater Way Ministries supports COGIC World Missions and partners with missionaries and organizations around the world. Our heart is to see the nations reached with the love of Jesus.
Discipleship & Bible Study
Purpose:
To equip believers with a solid foundation in God’s Word and foster lifelong spiritual growth.
Description:
Led by Lady Nichole Morgan and Evangelist Gloria Asideu, our Discipleship Ministry offers classes, small groups, and seminars for all ages. From new believer courses to advanced Bible study, we provide resources and community for every stage of the faith journey. Our Wednesday Hour of Power combines prayer and in-depth teaching, creating space for transformation and renewal.
Media & Technology Ministry
Purpose:
To leverage technology and media to share the gospel, connect our community, and archive our church’s story.
Description:
Our Media Ministry manages live streaming, sermon archives, and digital communications. The team also oversees audio/visual support for worship and events, and maintains our website for maximum impact and accessibility.
