Carol McLean Executive Pastor mcleanc@gwministries.org Carol McLean was born in Goldsboro, NC, although much of my childhood was spent in Philadelphia, PA. In 1965, she was united in matrimony to Lee Marshall McLean. From this union there were two children (Lee, Jr., deceased and Reva). Pastor Carol is also a graduate of North Carolina Central University with a BS Degree in Education and a MS from Bowie State University. After having been called by the Lord into the ministry, she earned a Master�s of Divinity from Faith Christian University. Her professional career spanned 36 years as an educator in North Carolina and Maryland Public Schools. As a founding member and Elder of Victory Church International and one of its ordained ministers, her assignment is that of warfare intercession, spiritual warfare, deliverance and church administration. Earlier in her ministry, she was a missionary to Guyana, South America. It is her sincere hope that one day she will hear our Lord say �Well done My good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a few things, now I make you ruler over many.� |
Patricia Plummer Pastor of Women, Evangelism and Leadership plummerp@gwministries.org Patricia Plummer is a person who loves God with all her heart. She attended Sunday School as a small child, and as an only child developed a close relationship with God. Pastor Pat is an ordained Pastor at Victory Church International and is the Minister of Evangelism. She loves the word of God and has served as a Sunday School teacher, Five-Fold Development Institute teacher, and Wednesday Night Bible Study teacher. Pastor Pat also led the Bible Study at her job for many years. She is the Treasurer of Greater Works Ministry and has also served as a missionary with the One Million AIDs Orphans project. Pastor Pat was a student under Greater Works Ministry and is one of the founding members of Victory Church International. She loves to evangelize and has participated in various outreach activities such as street evangelism, Community Day, door-to-door evangelism, food give-aways, clothing give-aways, drive-by prayer, Prison Ministry, Nursing Home Ministry, and evangelism at the Metro stations. Pastor Pat has a passion to see people saved and lives being changed by the power of God. She has a special burden for young people who were not fortunate enough to have loving parents and hopes to open a Boarding Baby House for abandoned children. For over 30 years Pastor Pat worked at the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation as an accountant, auditor, and supervisor. She loves to help people and endeavors to live her life so that others can see Jesus. Her true belief is Philippians 4:13, �I (we) can do all things through Christ who gives us strength�. |
Francine Watkins Pastor of Membership and Christian Education watkinsf@gwministries.org Francine Watkins was born and raised in Washington, D.C. and has resided in Prince George's County since 1971. She received an Associate in Arts degree in the legal secretarial field at Strayer College in 1969, now Strayer University. In 1970 she married the late Kenneth Watkins and the Lord blessed the union with two sons, Kevin and Keith. She worked for the Federal Government for 17 years, followed by 27 years working in private industry where she retired in November 2011. Pastor Watkins received Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord in April 1980. She attended the National Church of God (Ft. Washington, MD) for several years and there completed the Ministerial Internship Program. Because the Lord had given her a deep desire to know and study the Word of God, she became involved in the home Bible study ministry there. She is a founding member of Victory Church International and a graduate of the Five-Fold Development (Center) Institute. She was licensed at Victory in July 1994 to preach and teach the Gospel of Jesus Christ. In May of 2003 she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biblical Studies from Faith University and Schools, Washington, D.C. She was installed as an Associate Pastor and Ordained an Elder at Victory Church International in August of 2003. In August 2004, Pastor Watkins traveled to Kenya and Uganda, East Africa, as a team member of the One Million AIDs Orphans. She was ordained a pastor of Victory in April 2005. From 1994 to the present Pastor Francine has served as the Director of the New Members Ministry and as Superintendent of the Sunday School. She is also an instructor in the Five-Fold Development Institute of Greater Works Ministries, a training college for ministers. She was installed as Director of Christian Education in 2008. She is also active in the choir and the evangelism ministry. |
Hallue Wright Pastor of Hospitality and Helps & Nurture wrighth@gwministries.org Pastor Hallue Wright was born and raised in Washington, D.C.; now residing in Prince Georges County, MD for the last 40 years. She obtained a Bachelor�s degree in Psychology from Federal City College, now University of the District of Columbia. She was a government servant at the Justice Department until she retired in September 2004. Pastor Wright was recently widowed from her husband, Robert Wright, of 43 years; has two sons, Dr. Robert (his wife Shontell) and Richard. Pastor Wright has been attending Victory Church International since the mid 1990�s, where she officially joined in January 2000 and was ordained October 2008. The Lord called and anointed Pastor Wright to preach the gospel, visit and pray for the sick, where she has seen many recover; be hospitable; and use her gift of administration. She is the Lead minister of the 8 a.m. church service; Helps and Nurture and the Hospitality Ministries. She also helps with the Christian Education Ministry, teaching new members their Jerusalem First Classes. In addition, she has organized, set up relevant classes and has taught classes to ministers studying to become ordained. Pastor Wright has organized the Ministers Installation Services and helped organize the Ordination Services. Pastor Wright has counseled persons dealing with illnesses and emotional strongholds, by the leading of the Holy Spirit. As the Spirit gives utterance, she has been known to give a word of knowledge, encouraging the people of God in the kingdom. |
Shirley N. Jackson Pastor of Night Church jacksons@gwministries.org Shirley Jackson a native of Washington, DC and resident of Ft. Washington, Maryland. Pastor Shirley has been a member of Victory Church International since 1993. Pastor Shirley heads the Usher Board, the Counter Ministry, Photography Ministry, Greater Works Ministries Publications, and Manager of Victory Bookstore; she is the Assistance to Apostle Carmen Lattimore, the Director of Greater Works Ministry, she is a Trustee of Victory Church International and the Pastor over Night Church. Pastor Shirley is the Administer and Financial Advisor for the Five-Fold Development Institute. She has taught in the Sunday School Department and taught a Bible Study Series (Fruit of the Spirit). Pastor Shirley is the founder of Train up a Child (a Retreat for children ages 5-12 years of age). She is an International Missionary at Victory Church International (VCI). Pastor Shirley is a graduate of Five-Fold Development Institute in which she was the Valedictorian of her class at Victory Church International and a graduate of Prince Georges Community College where she earned an AAS in Business Management. In 2018, she received her call to become a Pastor, God told her "Feed the flock of God which is among you, taking the oversight thereof, not by constraint, but willingly; not for filthy lucre, but of a ready mind; Neither as being lords over God's heritage, but being examples to the flock. And when the chief Shepherd shall appear, ye shall receive a crown of glory that fadeth not away." 1 Peter 5:2-4kjv. Pastor Shirley was ordained in 2020. Pastor Shirley has been the teacher�s aide for Apostle Carmen Lattimore classes, Spiritual Warfare and Demonology & Deliverance, for several years and now she teaches Spiritual Warfare and Christian Doctrine of the Bible. She is one of the teachers for the New Member�s Class. She is the Web Master for Victory Church International and Greater Works Ministries. She is also active in the evangelism ministry. |
Deborah Edwards edwardsd@gwministries.org Deborah W. Edwards is a child of God that serves the Lord and the people of God. She is a Preacher/Teacher who still ushers in the church. Working on the Hospitality Ministry, you will find her feeding the congregation. In the pulpit her food is the Word of God. Pastor Deborah is endowed with the power of God to tread over serpents as she ministers at the Fairfax Adult Detention Center tearing down strongholds to the incarcerated and administering love and healing to the inmates. Pastor Deborah along with late her husband (of 35 years) Pastor Jerome founded Two by Two Ministries in 1996 and they have taught many classes such as Armor Bearing and Foot Washing to the local church. She can be meek as a lamb or fierce as a lion as she has become a Prayer Warrior. She retired from the Dept. of Defense with over 38 years of federal service. She is the caregiver for her elderly mother. |
Kue M. Lattimore-Williams, Esq. williamsk@gwministries.org Kue Lattimore-Williams, Esq., was born in Washington, DC and raised in Prince George's County, MD. At the age of nine, she received salvaton at the Church of the Great Commission in District Heights, MD. That same year she traveled on internatonal missions to Albaco, Bahamas, and evangelized souls for Christ. This trip ignited her passion to see youth and young adults saved. When Pastor Kue was 10 years old, her parents, the late Rev. Walter and Apostle Dr. Carmen Lattimore, founded Victory Church International. As a pastor's child, she developed a love to serve the body of Christ and became a highly active member. In 2010, Pastor Kue received her call to pastor from God. God told her, "if you love Me, feed My sheep." John 21:15-17. In 2014, Pastor Kue graduated, valedictorian, from Five-Fold Development Institute as a licensed minister. She currently serve Victory Church International as the Chair of the Titus 2 Mentor Ministry, the leader of Youth with the Truth Ministry, as an Intercessory Prayer Captain, and General Counsel of both the Greater Works Ministry and Victory Church International boards. Pastor Kue is an Assistant State's Attorney for Prince George's County, MD. She reside in Camp Spring, MD with her wonderful husband, Minister Keith Williams, and their five amazing children. |
Michelle N. Houston houstonm@gwministries.org Michelle Houston, was born in Shaker Heights, Ohio where she was dedicated to the Lord at New Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church where her Great-Grandfather Andrew C. Sizemore was the Pastor. At the age of nine, she accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior and was baptized at Shaker Heights Community Church. After graduating from high school in 1991, Pastor Michelle relocated to the DMV. In 2003, she obtained her nursing degree and began her nursing career as an ER nurse. In 2005, Pastor Michelle was invited to Victory Church International by a co-worker and was led by the Holy Spirit to join the following Sunday. Her sole desire is to please God and she answered her call to preach and teach the gospel of Jesus Christ on January 1, 2008. After attending Five-Fold Development Institute, she was named Valedictorian of my 2014 graduating class and licensed for ministry. God told Pastor Michelle then that she would be a Pastor, but it was not until 2018 that He called me to Pastor. Acts 10:42 "And He commanded us to preach unto the people, and to testify that it is He which was ordained of God to be the judge of the quick and the dead." Pastor Michelle currently serve as the Director of Music, a Trustee for Victory Church International, and the Founder of Victory Ministers of Encouragement as well as many other ministries, special services, and church events. Pastor Michelle external efforts include ministry with JSUP and Juan Santiago and Integrity for 12 years traveling around the Country and Internationally. Pastor Michelle know that with God's direction she is committed to feeding His sheep and going wherever He leads. |
